Submit an enquiry
Your club contacts us with details about your requirements and team size. If you have pictures of your current vest, you can share these at this time as well.

Check fit and fabrics
We send sample vests in a variety of sizes (m&f) plus physical samples of all 9 fabrics for your club to review before ordering.

Choose your construction
Select stitched or heat-sealed seams, then confirm the fabric that suits your club.

Design approval
Once you approve the digital mock-up, we'll send an invoice for a 50% deposit to begin production. The final 50% is due before your order is dispatched.

Production and delivery
Before the production run starts we always print your design in miniature form onto your chosen fabric. This step is a final check that the colours are correct on your chosen fabric - if needed, colour changes can be made.
Once production has completed and the vests have landed in the UK, the remaining 50% balance is due before we dispatch the completed vests to your club.

Frequently asked questions
What counts as a "style"?
A style means the same fabric, colour and design. Men's and women's versions count as separate styles. Sizes can be freely mixed within a style.
What are your payment and return terms?
A 50% deposit is required on design confirmation to begin production. The remaining 50% balance is due before dispatch to the club. Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun, as our vests are custom-made and cannot be resold.
When will I get my order?
Once your design is confirmed and the 50% deposit has been paid, production begins. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the completed vests are dispatched to the club. Orders are typically delivered within 10–20 working days after production is complete, and tracking information is provided once dispatched.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our vests are manufactured in China through a direct factory partnership, allowing us to maintain high quality standards while keeping costs competitive.
