By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Our Products Mile/1 Running Vests specialises in fully bespoke, custom-printed running vests made to your individual specifications. Each order is unique and manufactured specifically for you following your confirmation of materials, sizing, and design.

3. The Order Process

  1. You submit an enquiry and we discuss your requirements.
  2. We dispatch fabric swatches and/or samples for your review.
  3. You confirm your chosen fabric, sizing, and submit your custom design or artwork.
  4. We provide a design mock-up for your written approval.
  5. Once you provide written approval of the mock-up, manufacturing begins. This is the point at which your order becomes binding.
  6. Your vests are manufactured and printed by our supplier and imported to the UK before being dispatched to you.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

4. Bespoke Goods & Your Right to CancelBecause our running vests are fully bespoke, made-to-order, and custom-printed to your individual specifications, they fall within the exemption for custom-made goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

This means that once manufacturing has begun — which occurs upon your written approval of the design mock-up — you do not have the standard 14-day right to cancel your order that would otherwise apply to distance sales.

You may cancel your order before mock-up approval by contacting us at hello@mile1runningvests.com. Any deposit paid at that stage is non-refundable, as it covers design, sampling, and administrative costs already incurred.

5. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Goods

  • No returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction with customer-approved designs
  • Faulty/damaged goods must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photos
  • Minor colour variations between digital mock-ups and finished products do not constitute a fault

6. Customer Artwork & Copyright Responsibility You confirm ownership/permission for all submitted artwork. Mile/1 Running Vests accepts no liability for trademark infringement or copyright claims. Minimum 300 DPI artwork recommended.

7. Manufacturing, Importation & Lead TimesDelivery timeframes are estimates only. Not liable for reasonable delays caused by customs or international logistics.

8. Pricing & Payment All prices in GBP, inclusive of VAT where applicable. Deposit-based payment model with non-refundable deposits. Balance due prior to dispatch.

9. Limitation of Liability Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.

10. Governing Law Governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
