Bespoke & Custom-Made Goods All Mile/1 Running Vests are fully bespoke, made-to-order, and custom-printed to your individual specifications. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, custom-made goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel.

Manufacturing begins upon your written approval of the design mock-up. Once manufacturing has started, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction with a customer-approved design.

Cancellations Before Mock-Up Approval You may cancel your order before approving the design mock-up by contacting us at hello@mile1runningvests.com. Please note that any deposit paid is non-refundable, as it covers design, sampling, and administrative costs already incurred.

Faulty or Damaged Goods If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@mile1runningvests.com with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and work with you to find a resolution.

Please note that minor colour variations between digital mock-ups and finished products are an inherent characteristic of the printing process and do not constitute a fault.
